New Member Donation Form

Welcome and Thanks for your Donation!

Since this is your first donation, you have a number of choices regarding the amount you can donate to achieve PREMIUM MEMBER status as well as to register for membership in OF4WD at the club discounted price of $15.00 (regularly $30.00).

Before you start, please be sure you have registered in our forums. You'll need the Account Name you registered with later in the process.

1. Choose one of the four options below.
2. Click on the 'Donate' button
3. When you've completed your transaction at PayPal, click on the 'Return to donations coordinator' button to complete the process.

Note: A PayPal account is not required. You may make a donation with just your Credit Card on the PayPal page.

If you would prefer to send your donation by email money transfer please send it to 'moneytransfers@cdn-ntc.ca'.
Once you've completed your money transfer, please complete this form.

Please select one of the four options!

OPTION 1:
It is before February 28th. I will contribute the $20 minimum amount required to achieve PREMIUM MEMBER status as well as make my OF4WD membership payment at the club discount price of $15.00:
$36 (incl. $1 PayPal fee)

OPTION 2:
It is before July 1st. I will contribute the $20 minimum amount required to achieve PREMIUM MEMBER status: $20

OPTION 3:
It is after June 30th. I will contribute the $10 minimum amount required to achieve PREMIUM MEMBER status: $10

OPTION 4:
I would like to contribute another amount understanding that, depending on the date, a $10 or $20 minimum is required to achieve PREMIUM MEMBER status: $   Enter amount.
